Josefina Venegas Meza

Josefina was born in Chile and moved to London to pursue studies in literature. A pastry chef and food writer, she trained at Margot Bakery, specialising in sourdough and viennoiserie. She has worked at The River Café and is currently at The Elder Press Café. Her belief in the power of a shared table and food that connects us to our roots, land and communities has led Josefina to run supper clubs and baking workshops. Passionate about celebrating Latin American cuisine and culture, she is writing her first cookbook, Provecho: Traditional Chilean Bakes with a Twist.
